Akami is a one-person izakaya in the residential streets of Gwangalli in Busan, serving Japanese-style anju such as tuna hoe and grilled meoro. Small plates can be ordered in variety, and an omakase is also available. Walk in without a reservation and the seats can be full, but one person can eat at an open seat, and the owner explains each dish himself. Service operations are inconvenient.
