16 Don

16don is a meat restaurant in a neighborhood set slightly back from Gwangalli Beach in Busan, grilling pork offcuts and samgyeopsal (pork belly) over charcoal. It serves cuts that are uncommon at other meat restaurants, such as kkodeulsal, ododoksal, ppyolsal and jumeokgogi, along with noodles. The owner listens to Korean spoken slowly, and the side dishes come out well. Prices are lower than at the beachfront.
