Yelyang

Yeryang is a fusion Chinese restaurant in Guui-dong, Seoul, serving dishes such as jjamppong, tangsuyuk and bokkeumbap. Its signature dish is cream jjamppong, and the jjamppong broth has a smoky fire flavor and a seafood base. The tangsuyuk comes in a thick glutinous rice batter and can be eaten without sauce, or with half poured over and half dipped. The jjajangmyeon is on the small side.
