Dochi Pizza

Dochef Gangbyeon is a pizza restaurant in Seoul that serves Neapolitan wood-fired pizza and pasta in a converted house. The dough is chewy, and the pizzas are topped with tomato and mozzarella or buffalo mozzarella, with Margherita and arugula pizzas also on the menu. Four to seven cars can park in front of the building, and the restaurant was almost full at 5:30 p.m. on a Sunday. Prices are on the high side.
