Daewon Kalguksu

Daewon Kalguksu has served hand-cut kalguksu and kal-mandu guk near Guui Station for 40 years. The shop centers on these two dishes and also serves chlorella mandu and kimchi. The kalguksu comes in a large portion with thick, chewy noodles in an old-style sagol-based broth. Seating is on the floor at closely packed tables, and shoes are removed before entering.
