Bubu Restaurant

Bubu Sikdang is a restaurant in a village below Jiri Mountain in Gurye, serving dasulgi sujebi and dasulgi muchim. The dasulgi sujebi comes with chewy hand-torn dough in a cool, spicy broth made with cheongyang chili, and the dasulgi muchim is mixed with a sweet-and-sour seasoning. Customers fill the tables before 11 a.m., and around 11:15 the line grows long, so diners take a waiting number and can look around the area for about 30 minutes. Waits are long during lunch hours.
