Ujang Changchang

Ujang Changchang is a restaurant in Seoul that serves gopchang and daechang. The gopchang and daechang are grilled, and bokkeumbap is available at the end of the meal. When you order, the gopchang comes almost fully cooked so it smells less, and cheonyeop and gan are served alongside it. The gopchang is on the chewy side.
