Sinseon Hoesusan is a hoe restaurant in the Sindorim food alley in Guro-gu, Seoul, serving raw fish and seafood dishes. Its hoe centers on flounder and rockfish, served with freshly fried twigim and spicy maeuntang. The restaurant does not take reservations, and between 6:30 and 7 p.m. the wait is at least 30 minutes. With few tables, seating is tight and the dining room is on the noisy side.
