Sindorim Sambaekga

Sin Dorim Sambaekga is a Korean restaurant near Sindorim Station in Seoul that serves jokbal, bossam and handmade kalguksu. The jokbal is boiled from domestic fresh pork feet, with chewy skin and moist meat and no gamey smell, and it comes with bossam and a kalguksu set. The kalguksu uses 100% fresh noodles, barley rice is served free with orders, and the meal is eaten with kimchi and hongsi geotjeori made in-house. During the evening peak hours there is a wait.
