Sindorim Cham Jokbal

Sindorim Cham Jokbal is a jokbal restaurant in the Sindorim shopping district of Seoul that serves both front and hind trotters. The jokbal has tender meat and chewy collagen, and it is eaten with chive salad, kimchi, and a spicy bean sprout soup. The bean sprout soup comes as one pot per person, and the front trotters sometimes sell out late in the day. The shop is small, so the wait line is long and the inside is noisy.
