Onggijongi Gamja Ongsimi

Onggijonggi Gamja Ongsimi is a small restaurant in Oryu-dong, Guro-gu, Seoul, serving Gangwon-style potato ongsimi. The ongsimi soup contains perilla seeds, and it comes with bibim and mul makguksu, yeolmu kimchi, and geotjeori. A kiosk assigns waiting numbers, and guests wait in a waiting room; one case involved a 50-minute wait after arriving at 11:30 a.m. Indoor tables are few, and the outdoor terrace seats are hot in midsummer.
