Maeunjib

Maeunzip is a restaurant in Seoul that serves gopdori-tang, a dakdori-tang variant made with daechang. The daechang is grilled before it goes in, and the spice level can be adjusted when you order. Even the small size is enough for three people, and gyeran-bap comes out with the dish at the start. Leaving the daechang in the broth too long makes it greasy.
