Ido Sikdang Sindorim

Ido Sikdang Sindorim sells cheolpan dakgalbi on the second floor of the Sindorim Prugio shopping complex in Seoul. The cheolpan menu centers on snow cheese dakgalbi with udon noodles and bokkeumbap added. Orders go through a table kiosk, and the dakgalbi is brought out cooked, while ssamchae, banchan, and kongnamul guk are self-service. Tables are full on weekdays too, and seats fill up after 6 p.m., making for a long wait.
