Haru Guksu

Haruguksu sits in an alley by Oryu-dong Station Exit 2 in Seoul and serves noodles, pajeon, and bossam in a space that resembles a neighborhood drinking spot. The bossam noodle set and pajeon come with dongdongju, and ramyeon noodles are added to dakbokkeumtang. It stays open late, which suits a quick drink, and the portions fit two or three people eating together. The noodle strands are somewhat thick and taste undercooked.
