Hanpan Chamsut Sogalbi Guro Digital is a galbi restaurant near Guro Digital Complex Station that grills bone-in American beef ribs over charcoal. The ribs are grilled bone-side first, dipped in sauce in the center, then grilled again, and the remaining bones are boiled in seasoned broth to eat like galbijjim or soup. On summer evenings customers fill the seats out front, and arriving late means no table, though tables turn over quickly. The pocha-style interior is very loud.
