Chongqing Homo Duo Shabu-shabu

Chungching Homodu Shabu Shabu is a Chinese hot pot restaurant in Seoul. It serves hongtang and baitang broths together, and diners mix their own majang sauce to taste. A self-serve bar lets customers make their own sauces, and the restaurant also serves naejang skewers and Chinese-style white cheonyeop. Adding spicy heat to the weira strengthens the mainland-style flavor.
