Chobabseol

Chobapseol is a raw fish restaurant near Gudi Station in Guro-dong, Seoul, serving sushi and hoe-deopbap. The Seol Sushi Set comes with warm tea, salad, mini udon, and grilled salmon bone before the sushi. The special hoe-deopbap contains flounder and salmon and can be ordered as a lunch menu. The sushi rice is on the salty side.
