Dongyang Eomuk

Dongyang Eomuk is an eomuk shop in Daemyeong-dong, Gunsan, not far from the Gunsan Express Bus Terminal. Its signature item is paper eomuk, a 0.3mm-thick fish cake served warm so it can be eaten right away. The shop has made this style, distinct from standard eomuk, across three generations over 50 years. Paper eomuk has a less strong flavor than regular eomuk.
