Sukjane Sutgarak Jeotgarak

Sukjane Sudgarak Jeotgarak is a hairtail restaurant on the roadside of Pyeongdae-ri in Gujwa, Jeju, serving braised hairtail and grilled hairtail. A full-table set adds hairtail hoe and squid (hanchi) mulhoe. Ordering the braised hairtail brings grilled hairtail as a basic accompaniment, while sea urchin seaweed soup is added separately. The hairtail is small and the number of side dishes is limited.
