Seulseul Slow is a restaurant in Woljeong-ri, Jeju, serving dombe ramyeon, rice bowls, and gimbap. Thick slices of dombe-gogi are placed on ramyeon in a house sauce, and a ttaengcho menu is also offered. It runs on same-day reservations: you write down what you want to eat and arrive at the set time, and the food comes out close to that time. The ramyeon broth is spicy and rich from chili oil and meat fat.
