Minkyeongine Eodeungpo Sikdang

Minkyungine Eodeungpo Sikdang is a restaurant on the quiet Jeju coast that serves rockfish (ureok) fried set meals and mulhoe. The rockfish is fried whole, including fins and head, with the backbone removed, and mulhoe and seafood doenjang jjigae can be ordered alongside it. Staff fillet the rockfish at the table and explain that every part except the backbone can be eaten.
