Galchi Factory

Galchi Gongjang is a hairtail restaurant on the coast of Jeju, in Gujwa-eup, serving braised hairtail in front of the sea. The braised hairtail, the signature dish, is eaten with potato and radish that have soaked up the sauce. Abalone porridge, grilled abalone, and grilled fish are also served, and meals are eaten looking out at the sea. The sauce is sweet, and the hairtail is cooked until soft.
