Cheesers is a restaurant in Jeju that serves raclette, pouring melted cheese over flank steak. The menu includes beef raclette and Cheesers raclette, with arancini and cheese meatball rice as additions. Reservations open one week in advance through Naver Booking, and ordering food ahead makes it come out quickly. The tableside cheese-melting performance is no longer offered.
