Daehanbulgyo Jogyejong Je6gyogu Bonsa Magoksa is a Buddhist temple on the slopes of Taehwasan in Sagok-myeon, Gongju, with Taehwacheon winding through the grounds in an S shape. Its designated treasures include Daeungbojeon, Daegwangbojeon, and a five-story stone pagoda topped with a bronze sculpture, and the temple is registered as a World Cultural Heritage site. Leave your car at the free public parking lot below the village and follow the deck path beside the valley for 10 to 15 minutes to reach the entrance. You can also see Baekbeomdang, where Baekbeom Kim Gu stayed, while the road near the entrance and the parking lot become crowded at busy times.
