Zakuro Ginza

Zakuro Ginza is on Ginza's main street in Tokyo and specializes in Japanese shabu-shabu and sukiyaki. The sukiyaki is cooked by staff from start to finish and comes with wagyu, a sweet and salty sauce, raw egg, and vegetables. Reservations are required, and if there are no seats, you have to arrive at the 11 a.m. opening time. Rooms are also available, and the sukiyaki meat is on the fatty side.
