Yakiniku no Meimon Tendan Ginza

Tendan Ginza is a wagyu and Omi beef yakiniku restaurant in Higashi-Ginza. Its signature ros cuts are grilled and then dipped in a dedicated broth before eating. The restaurant opens at 11:30 every day, and counter seats look down over the Ginza streetscape. On weekend lunchtimes it is busy enough that the waitlist closes between 11:00 and 12:00.
