Tepppanyaki Ginza Himawari 鉄板焼 銀座 向日葵

Tepppanyaki Ginza Himawari is a restaurant serving teppanyaki courses and Kuroge Wagyu steak, located on the first floor of Courtyard by Marriott Ginza Tobu Hotel, a five-minute walk from Ginza Station. At the teppan counter, Ise ebi, abalone, and zuwai crab salad, a mini Wagyu steak burger, and garlic rice are grilled in sequence. Ingredients are shown before they are cooked, and the chef's flame show can be seen from the counter. Counter seats are limited, so walk-ins may not find a seat.
