Taimei-an

Taimeian is a soba restaurant in Ginza. Its winter specialty is minari curry soba, which can be ordered with the minari roots included or left out; it also serves minari soba and katsudon. Opened in 1957, it is open continuously from 11:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. and has seating on the second floor. It accepts cash only, and customers choose from the menu posted on the wall.
