Sushi Murayama

Sushi Murayama is a sushi restaurant in Ginza, Tokyo. Its signature is nigiri made with red-vinegar shari topped with seasonal fish, followed by tsumami and then nigiri. Dinner starts in two seatings, at 17:00 and 19:30, and the room has only a white wood counter. Evening reservations are hard to get.
