Sushi Itsutsu

Sushi Itsutsu is an omakase sushi restaurant on a side street off Ginza's main street, serving sushi topped with bluefin tuna, konoshiro, sweet shrimp, and eel. The course also includes grilled tilefish (okdom) and fried dishes, and sake pairing can be added. Reservations are made in advance through Tabelog, and the chef explains the names of the sushi and fish in Korean. The restaurant is small.
