Sushi Arai

Sushi Arai is an omakase sushi restaurant in Ginza, Tokyo, serving tsumami and nigiri. Its signature items are nigiri made from different cuts of tuna and shari that is salty with a slight acidity. The course moves from kinmedai shabu-shabu and a namul and yubu soup dish to nigiri, and the basement counter seats up to about six people. Reservations are hard to get, so a schedule has to be set in advance.
