Shinjuku Tatsukichi Hibiya is a Japanese restaurant on the second floor of Tokyo Midtown Hibiya, near Ginza, serving kushikatsu and fried dishes. At dinner, it offers a kushikatsu omakase made with that month's ingredients at the bar counter, frying skewers until you say stop.
