Shabusen Ginza Ten

Shabusen Ginza is inside a shopping mall in Ginza and serves shabu-shabu and sukiyaki, with single portions available. After the meat and vegetables, rice, porridge and noodles are unlimited refills, and shoyu and shio soups can be requested separately. On weekend afternoons around 2 p.m. there was a wait, and the mall building's elevators do not run before opening. The portions are not large.
