Seolwolhwa Ginza is a yakiniku kaiseki restaurant a two-minute walk from Ginza Station in Tokyo. It serves thick premium beef tongue and long-simmered oxtail jjim, with the chef grilling the charcoal meat in front of the counter. Counter seats let diners watch the cooking, and single-item orders began in October. There are only 16 counter seats, so space is limited.
