Nakata is a restaurant in the basement of the Imperial Hotel Tokyo that serves traditional Edomae sushi. Fukiyose chirashi, maguro don, and nigiri sushi are available to order. After lunch, black bean and soybean flour ice cream is served as dessert. Prices are on the high side.
