Ginza Fish Burger Nagomi is a small hamburger shop in Ginza that serves fish burgers with mackerel, shrimp, or salmon patties. Buns come in five choices, including bamboo charcoal, wheat germ, red yeast rice, mulberry leaf, and pumpkin, and tartar sauce and toppings can be combined with them. The space centers on small two-person tables, and when orders pile up, food takes about 10 to 15 minutes to come out. Because the shop is not large, it is inconvenient for big groups.
