Miko Sushi Ginza

Ginza Mikosushi is a sushi restaurant in Ginza, Tokyo, serving omakase courses that include uni. The dinner Uni Paradise course presents six kinds of uni in sequence, from appetizer to gunkan and maki. At lunch, after the regular course, diners can order up to three items at a time over one hour, and can request uni on top of chutoro or toro te maki. Lunch reservations are extremely difficult to secure.
