Menya Ishii Wagyu Udon is an udon shop in Ginza, Tokyo, serving wagyu udon, mentaiko butter udon, and cold udon. Staff grill the wagyu in front of you and top it with an egg yolk. At 1 pm and 2:30 pm there was no wait to get in, and staff brought an apron first. A large size is not enough for an adult man.
