Kimura-ya Main Store, Ginza

Ginza Kimuraya is a bakery in Ginza, Tokyo that has been operating for over 150 years, selling anpan, katsu sando, and melon pan. Its signature item is sakura, a bun topped with a cherry blossom pickle in the center, alongside the natural yeast anpan made with rice and koji. The shop has bread sales on the first floor and seating for meals on the second floor. The anpan is small in size and the bread is expensive.
