Higashi Ginza Edogin

Higashi Ginza Edogin is an Edomae sushi restaurant in Ginza 3-chome, a 3-minute walk from Higashi-ginza Station. The lunch nigiri set includes nine pieces with gunkan, plus maki, dashimaki tamago, miso soup, and salad, and the shari is made with a mix of red vinegar and rice vinegar. The first floor has counter seats and the second floor has partitioned seating, and lunch can be reserved by phone. Nigiri arrives about 10 minutes after ordering, and the indoor lighting is on the dim side.
