Hanamaru Udon

Hanamaru Udon is a self-service udon chain on the basement first floor of Ginza Five, in the underground food arcade connected directly to Ginza Station. Customers choose a size of chewy Sanuki-style udon from small, medium, or large, and pick up tempura or rice balls before ordering the udon. The shop sits open to one side of the underground arcade corridor with no wall, so it has many seats and turns over quickly. Because the seats face the corridor, the gaze of passersby is a distraction.
