Ginza Shabuki serves shabu-shabu and Kanto-style sukiyaki near the Ginza shopping district. Diners choose wagyu or beef from three regions, cooked with a vegetable and mushroom platter in a deep broth. All seating is in private rooms, so meals are quiet and comfortable. The food is good, but prices are high even for sukiyaki and shabu-shabu.
