銀座つかさ｜GINZA SUSHI TSUKASA

Ginza Sushi Tsukasa is a small sushi omakase restaurant in the basement of a building in Ginza, Chuo City, Tokyo. At lunch it serves a 13-piece nigiri course, and the course includes many oily fish. Meals are eaten at the counter while talking with the chef, and explanations of the food are given in Korean. You can ask for sake recommendations, and alcohol is also sold by the glass.
