Ginza Sushi Nakamoto

Ginza Sushi Nakamoto is an Edomae omakase sushi restaurant a two-minute walk from Ginza 1-chome Station in Tokyo. It serves seasonal fish brought in from Toyosu, matched with Mutsunishiki shari in two styles, white vinegar and red vinegar, along with items such as uni, ikura, and tamagoyaki. The interior has an 11-seat hino wood L-shaped counter where the chef's preparation is visible. There are no private rooms, only counter seating.
