Ginza Enjo Nishiginza is a Kuroge Wagyu yakiniku restaurant on the second floor of the Nishiginza Department Store, directly connected to Ginza Station. It serves A4 and A5 Kuroge Wagyu, with a chef trimming each cut to order and offering rare parts such as chateaubriand steak, zabuton, and shinshin. The window counter looks out over Sukiyabashi Crossing, and every seat has a smokeless roaster. The naengmyeon falls short compared to the other menu items.
