Ginza Kasuga is a small, long-established Japanese restaurant in a back alley of Ginza, Tokyo, serving tendon made with freshly fried tempura. After an order is placed, the ingredients are battered and fried in sesame oil, and the bowl is topped with shrimp, conger eel, kisu, seaweed, perilla leaf, and sweet potato. The space holds seven to eight counter seats and two tables for two. Payment is cash only.
