あけぼのや

Akebonoya is a juwari soba restaurant under the JR tracks in Yurakucho, close to Hibiya Station, Yurakucho Station, and Ginza Station in Tokyo. It serves duck seiro and fried chicken seiro along with Japanese sake and various side dishes. You can grate the wasabi stem for the soba yourself, and the sake selection is varied. The soba portion can feel small for men.
