Akebono

Akebono is a shop in Ginza that sells ichigo daifuku, strawberries and red bean paste wrapped in mochi. Its main item, the strawberry mochi, has strawberry aroma and red bean paste flavor, and the mochi comes with a chewy texture. Even when several staff are present, one person handles everything from ordering to takeout and payment. When takeout is slow and the line is long, the wait gets longer.
