Mixology Heritage Bar is a bar in Hibiya Okuroji, Tokyo, serving vintage spirits and cocktails. It mixes vintage spirits with new spirits and adds various house-made ingredients to make cocktails such as the blue cheese martini and a Mount Fuji homage. House-made ingredients are displayed in variety, and aged spirits are used as cocktail bases. It sits between Yurakucho Station and Shimbashi Station, so it takes a short walk from either station.
