The Seiko House Clock Tower sits on the roof of the Wako Main Building at the Ginza 4-chome intersection in Tokyo. It rings a bell every hour and shows the correct time. Completed in 1932, the tower still stands and has an old-style, vintage appearance. At night the building looks better, and at 8 p.m. an alarm sound can be heard.
